Applied AI Engineer
Ship the clinical AI surface families and clinicians actually use. Own retrieval, prompt orchestration, citation extraction, and evals for our voice-to-timeline pipeline. Strong production Python, LLM API depth, and a habit of measuring quality with offline evals before shipping. Healthcare or regulated-domain experience is a plus.
Agentic AI Engineer
Design Sage as a real agent: multi-step reasoning, tool use across EHR / wearables / notes, voice-first interaction, and reliable handoff to clinicians. You will own the agent loop end-to-end — planner, tool router, memory, and the eval harness that keeps it honest. Background building production agents (LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, custom orchestrators) required.
Marketing Lead
Own the CareGene story end-to-end: rare-disease family acquisition, clinician advocacy, foundation partnerships, and lifecycle. You will run the site, content, and community programs that turn empathy into pipeline. Past experience marketing to patient communities, foundations, or healthcare clinicians strongly preferred — bring receipts on what you have shipped and what it moved.
Human Research Specialist
Be the trusted voice between rare-disease families and product. Run longitudinal qualitative studies with caregivers and clinicians, design ethical research protocols, and translate raw conversations into shipped product decisions. Familiarity with IRB, informed consent, and trauma-informed interviewing required; experience with rare or pediatric populations strongly preferred.
AI/ML Engineer Intern
Spend a summer (or semester) shipping real AI features alongside the core team: prompt and retrieval experiments, eval datasets, fine-tuning pilots, and small UX surfaces that put model output in front of caregivers. You will own a slice end-to-end and present results to the whole company. Open to current undergrads, masters, and PhD students with strong Python and at least one project with LLMs in production or research.
